What the activity is
The Paella Challenge is a culinary competition in which teams compete to create their own paella. First, they overcome teamwork challenges to gather ingredients and define their proposal. During the cooking phase, they collaboratively prepare the paella while facing digital challenges to unlock extras and complete their recipe. The experience concludes with a joint meal to taste their creations.
How the experience feels
The initial scavenger hunt breaks the ice, but the real challenge begins when teams receive three unexpected ingredients and must transform them into a paella with personality. The team divides tasks, seeks extras, and adapts their recipe on the fly. The best conclusion comes when everyone sits together, tastes the creations, and compares results.
What makes it special
A comprehensive team building experience, from the initial scavenger hunt to the shared meal, featuring various moments of connection among the group. Additionally, it allows for the integration of activities and gastronomy into a single experience.
One paella per team, evaluated by the jury and shared as the main meal. Water is included. After the event, photos taken by the teams during the challenges are delivered.

Teams face three collaborative challenges to determine the order of ingredient selection.
Ingredient selection
The main ingredients are chosen based on the scavenger hunt results.
Paella preparation
Participants prepare their paella with support from facilitators when needed.
Flash challenges and shop
During cooking, flash challenges arise to acquire extra ingredients or utensils.
Group meal and verdict
The paellas are tasted, the winning team is announced, and the event concludes with a photo.

Setup
Cooking area with one worktable per team, no chairs, separate burners, and safe aisles. Two support tables and a free area are reserved for the initial challenges.
