Contest team building activity

SYNERGYK

A group of humans has been selected to assess the teamwork ability of the human race. A mischievous artificial intelligence will put them to the test with all kinds of mini-games. The portable activity is a team competition, a mix between a video game and an escape room where participants will face suitcases filled with technological devices. Additionally, the game itself analyzes the skills developed by the participating teams and generates a report on their performance.

Dynamics

The group is divided into teams of 4 to 6 participants and they are distributed at tables in an indoor space with audiovisuals. Next, they have to overcome a series of mini-games. Participants start without knowing what to do. So they must discover how the suitcase controls work and organize themselves to get the highest score. Each test is designed for the team to collaborate using all the controls in the case. At the end of the activity, the team with the most points is the winner.

Microphone for groups of more than 50 participants.
One table per team (without chairs), arranged in a classroom format.
