Contest team building activity
One Vision
In One Vision, teams collaborate to create a corporate mural made up of several canvases. Through teamwork dynamics, each group is responsible for gathering the materials and completing their section of the giant mosaic. At the end of the activity, all the pieces are joined together to bring to life a large collective painting that reflects the company's values, symbolizes the team's joint effort and can be displayed in the office.

Dynamics
The group is split into teams of 5 to 8 participants, who face three teamwork challenges to get the materials needed to paint their canva. Once they're all set up, participants paint their part of the mural with their team making sure it fits with the other teams' sections. Finally, the individual pieces are put together to create a big corporate mural.
