Creativity Studio

An artistic experience that combines the fun and collaboration of team building with artistic expression. Participants face teamwork challenges that allow them to gather materials to create their own unique piece of art. Through collaborative challenges, teams will need to support each other to paint a canvas. At the end of the activity, each team will have a tangible result of their effort and joint work.

Dynamics

Participants, grouped into teams of 5 to 8 members, must work together to overcome collaborative challenges. Based on their results, they earn materials to create their masterpiece, such as brushes, pencils, rollers, paints, and tape, among others. Next, the teams have a limited time to create their murals through teamwork challenges using the materials they have acquired. Finally, the groups present and showcase their creations.

Setup, development, and dismantling of the activity.
Materials and human resources needed for the activity.
Transportation of the Teaming Labs team to the event location.
Canvas for each team.
Painter's suits for the participants.
Portable sound system for facilitation for up to 50 people.
(Upon request) Protective plastic for the floor.

Open space, outdoor or indoor.
One table per team (no chairs), arranged in a classroom format.
Two support tables.
Sound system for groups larger than 50 people.
Stage for the presenter for groups larger than 100 people.
