## **History**

Teaming Labs was founded in 2019 by two friends with the desire to create gaming experiences capable of transforming teams. Since our first activity, [**SYNERGYK**](https://teaminglabs.com/en/team-building/escape-room/synergyk), our focus has been on offering team building activities to clients across Spain, as well as marketing experience designs to team building companies worldwide.

In 2020, in response to the crisis caused by COVID-19, we specialized in virtual team building, becoming the first provider in Spain and one of the pioneers globally.

With the return of in-person team building, we have continued to grow geographically, opening locations in [Barcelona](https://teaminglabs.com/en/team-building/barcelona/), [Madrid](https://teaminglabs.com/en/team-building/madrid/), and [Galicia](https://teaminglabs.com/en/team-building/galicia/). At the same time, we have committed to the constant creation of new experiences, reaching a catalog of [over 30 proprietary activities](https://teaminglabs.com/en/team-building).

Additionally, we have progressively expanded [our services](/en/servicios/) to become the comprehensive partner in organizing team building events.

In parallel, the founding team of Teaming Labs has developed the project [**SPARK81**](https://www.spark81.com), an urban leisure proposal where participants play in immersive arcade action rooms. More information can be found at SPARK81.

And we continue to move forward, with the goal of bringing leisure into the business world.
