Una multinacional del sector alimentación buscaba una summer party diferente para su equipo. Se diseñó y ejecutó un evento completo, combinando logística, actividad outdoor y experiencia gastronómica.

El reto
Multinacional de alimentación para mascotas quería organizar una jornada de offsite con un enfoque veraniego y sin preocupaciones. El cliente buscaba un proveedor capaz de encargarse de toda la organización, desde el transporte hasta la experiencia final.
Al tratarse de una empresa con altos estándares, el reto era ofrecer un evento cuidado en todos los detalles, manteniendo un equilibrio entre diversión, fluidez y control logístico.
Nuestra solución
Se activó el servicio de gestión integral 360º. Se organizó el transporte desde la oficina del cliente hasta un restaurante en un entorno natural, donde se realizó la actividad Ultimate Team Quest, una gincana outdoor pensada para grandes grupos.
Además, se gestionó la comida, la coordinación de tiempos y un detalle de merchandising personalizado. La jornada se vivió de forma distendida y natural, con un ambiente muy participativo que reforzó la cohesión del grupo.
