El reto
La empresa del sector de distribución alimentaria Bistro Foods quería una actividad que sirviera para reforzar el conocimiento y el orgullo por su producto. El grupo estaba formado por personas con un alto nivel de conocimiento gastronómico, por lo que una actividad estándar no encajaba.
El reto era diseñar una experiencia exigente donde el producto del cliente fuera el protagonista y en la que todos los participantes, independientemente de su experiencia, pudieran aportar valor.
Nuestra solución
Se propuso Guerra de Tapas, una actividad que combina retos de trabajo en equipo con una fase creativa de cocina. En este caso, se adaptó completamente el contenido para utilizar los productos del propio cliente en lugar de los habituales.
Además, se incorporaron herramientas de cocina especiales como airfryers o planchas, elevando el nivel de la experiencia. El foco no estuvo solo en cocinar, sino en diseñar una propuesta coherente, creativa y bien presentada.
