Una agencia de eventos necesitaba una activación muy breve, energética y bien medida en tiempos para varios grupos grandes. Se diseñó un formato express de improvisación escénica adaptado a un evento de alto ritmo.

El reto
We are ADN debía organizar una activación de 20–30 minutos para cuatro grupos de unas 100 personas cada uno. El timing era crítico y la actividad tenía que funcionar como un chute de energía entre bloques del evento.
El reto era doble. Por un lado, condensar una experiencia de team building en un formato muy corto sin que perdiera sentido. Por otro, asegurar que la dinámica funcionara igual de bien con grupos grandes y en un contexto muy pautado.
Nuestra solución
Se adaptó el taller de improvisación a un formato express, centrado en calentamientos teatrales y ejercicios muy dinámicos con alta interacción entre participantes y dinamizador. El papel del facilitador fue clave para marcar ritmo, conectar con el grupo y mantener la atención desde el primer minuto.
La experiencia se vivió como una activación divertida y liberadora, con risas constantes y una participación muy alta, pese a la duración limitada.
Cuando el formato es tan importante como el contenido
Este caso fue importante porque demostró la capacidad de adaptar una actividad compleja a un formato muy concreto. Es especialmente relevante para agencias que buscan actividades a medida para sus clientes o empresas que necesitan activaciones breves con un toque lúdico para eventos con tiempos muy ajustados.
