A large logistics center needed to carry out a team building activity without disrupting its daily operations. An equitable and repeatable experience was designed for different leadership shifts.

The challenge
The event agency managed an activity for leadership teams with rotating shifts. The warehouse needed to remain operational at all times, so the activity could not interfere with daily operations.
The challenge was to ensure that all leaders had the same experience, regardless of their shift, while maintaining a motivating component beyond each individual session.
Our solution
SYNERGYK was chosen, and the activity was repeated in a training room at different times, including morning, afternoon, and evening. While one group participated, another team of leaders managed the warehouse operations.
A global ranking was implemented, visible in the room, which aggregated results from all groups. This fostered healthy competition between shifts and reinforced the sense of belonging to a shared collective challenge.
