An international company was looking for a hybrid activity that would connect both in-person and remote teams in a single event. A customized technological experience was designed for a large and multicultural group.

The challenge
The company wanted to organize a hybrid event for about 200 people, combining participants at physical locations with others connecting remotely from different countries.
The challenge was to provide a truly shared experience, ensuring that remote teams did not feel sidelined. Additionally, the client expected a high level of customization, both in content and in branding.
Our solution
The Common Sense activity was chosen in a hybrid format, a trivia challenge designed for simultaneous play both in-person and online. A complete customization of the content and graphic design of the platform was carried out, adapting them to the client's visual identity.
Teams were organized by locations and virtual rooms, competing on equal terms. The experience saw high participation and was felt as a truly connected event, despite the physical distance.
