Una empresa especializada en experiencias de lujo necesitaba un plan anual de team building para equipos reducidos y multiculturales, con presupuesto ajustado y sin espacios propios disponibles.

El reto
Una compañía del sector de viajes de alta gama quería ofrecer actividades de team building de forma recurrente a equipos pequeños. El presupuesto era limitado y no podían utilizar sus propias oficinas para las actividades.
El reto consistía en diseñar una estrategia anual viable, gestionando espacios externos de bajo coste y optimizando la inversión mediante bonificaciones..
Nuestra solución
Se diseñó un plan anual con distintas actividades como Clash of Teams, Maestros Cocteleros y Guerra de Tapas. Para cada sesión se seleccionaron espacios cercanos y accesibles, como coworkings o cocinas privadas.
Además, se gestionó la bonificación a través de FUNDAE, reduciendo el impacto económico para el cliente y facilitando la continuidad del programa
