A furniture sector company needed to organize a team lunch for a large group without leaving their premises. A collaborative gastronomic experience was designed, tailored to a space not originally set up for events.

The challenge

The company wanted to gather all the staff from one of its largest warehouses in Catalonia for an event that would serve both as a meal and a team building activity. The group was large, around 120 people, and the client did not want to relocate to another venue or take on a complex production.

The main challenge was to transform a functional environment into a suitable space for an engaging group activity. Additionally, the budget needed to remain tight, and the experience had to be seamless, without interfering with the operations of the center.

Our solution

A Paella Challenge was proposed, adapted for large groups and conducted entirely at the client's facilities. The activity combines team-building dynamics to gather ingredients with a collaborative cooking phase, where each group organizes itself and divides tasks.

To ensure smooth execution, the area was set up with tables, sound equipment, and a facilitation plan designed to keep the group's energy high. The experience was seamlessly integrated as part of the team's meal.
