An IT sector company wanted to inaugurate its new offices with an activity that combined corporate culture, local content, and space exploration. A fully customized technology scavenger hunt indoor was designed.

The challenge

An events agency shared with us the briefing from a client in the IT sector who was looking to creatively and originally inaugurate their offices in Barcelona. The group was international and multicultural, and the goal was to present the company, introduce elements of Spanish culture, and at the same time, explore the new workspace.

The challenge was to integrate all these elements into a single experience, avoiding a format that was too informative or lacking in dynamism. Additionally, the activity needed to function in a completely indoor environment spread across multiple floors.

Our solution

An indoor version of the iPad Hunt was designed, based on the search for QR codes distributed throughout the offices. Each scan activated challenges and content directly on the iPad, replacing geolocation with physical exploration of the space.

The game content combined questions about the company with cultural references tailored to an international audience. The QR search quickly became a competitive and highly dynamic element, with teams exploring every corner of the office.
