Un centro de investigación buscaba combinar naturaleza y trabajo en equipo en una actividad al aire libre. Se propusieron dos experiencias geolocalizadas adaptadas a un entorno natural exigente, manteniendo la fiabilidad tecnológica.

El reto
Centre Nacional d’Anàlisi Genòmica tenía claro que quería realizar la actividad en el entorno natural del Parc de Collserola. El objetivo era combinar una excursión con una experiencia de team building que fomentara la colaboración y la comunicación entre los equipos.
El reto principal era técnico y de adaptación. Se trataba de un entorno amplio, con zonas de cobertura irregular y rutas poco habituales para este tipo de actividades. Además, el cliente repitió el briefing dos años consecutivos, por lo que era clave ofrecer soluciones distintas manteniendo el mismo nivel de calidad.
Nuestra solución
El primer año se planteó un iPad Hunt con un recorrido más largo de lo habitual, integrando senderismo y retos digitales. El segundo año se propuso Cluedo AI en un área más concentrada, manteniendo el formato de gincana pero con una narrativa diferente.
Para garantizar el buen funcionamiento, se analizó previamente la cobertura de datos y se trazaron rutas adaptadas al entorno. La experiencia se vivió de forma muy natural, combinando paisaje, movimiento y trabajo en equipo en un contexto relajado.
