The challenge

A prominent legal consulting firm was hosting a large-scale event with over 450 attendees and wanted to incorporate a team building activity during the morning. The client was looking for an experience that was not exclusively digital and that took advantage of a high-end venue with ample outdoor spaces.

The main challenge was to coordinate a very high volume of participants without losing control, fluidity, or safety. The activity needed to distribute teams throughout the space, adhere to the scheduled timing, and fit within a complex production with many parallel elements.

Our solution

We proposed Geoquest, a hybrid activity that combines a geolocated scavenger hunt with physical teamwork challenges. Teams were distributed around the estate and encountered monitors at various points who facilitated the in-person challenges.

The production was meticulously planned, with a central coordination team and well-synchronized monitors. Additionally, complementary services such as recreational areas and sound equipment were managed, integrating the activity into the overall event.
