Una cadena de gimnasios con presencia nacional necesitaba una actividad que ayudara a cohesionar equipos locales tras varios cambios internos. Se diseñó una experiencia colaborativa replicable en distintas ciudades, manteniendo la calidad y el impacto en cada sesión.

El reto
Empresa del sector fitness se encontraba en un momento de transformación interna tras cambios organizativos y de estructura. El objetivo era reforzar la motivación de los equipos y alinear a las personas en un contexto de crecimiento y adaptación constante.
El reto no era solo emocional, sino también logístico. La actividad debía realizarse semanalmente en varias ciudades de España, con grupos medianos de unas 60 personas y en espacios interiores, generalmente salas de hotel. Además, se trataba de perfiles muy activos y con mucha energía, por lo que la experiencia debía canalizar esa intensidad sin perder foco ni control operativo.
El cliente necesitaba una solución estable, repetible y bien coordinada, capaz de ofrecer la misma experiencia en distintos puntos del territorio sin fricciones ni improvisaciones.
Nuestra solución
La propuesta fue Efecto Dominó, una actividad colaborativa centrada en la creatividad, la coordinación y el trabajo en equipo. Cada grupo construye una parte de una reacción en cadena que solo funciona si todos los tramos están bien conectados.
La actividad se adaptó fácilmente a distintos espacios y permitió una producción muy optimizada. La coordinación logística con los hoteles y la estandarización del material fueron clave para garantizar consistencia. La experiencia encajó muy bien con el perfil del grupo, canalizando su energía hacia un objetivo común.
