El reto
TD Synnex quería hacer más llevadera la vuelta a un modelo de trabajo más presencial. Para ello, ideó una serie de actividades en sus centros de Madrid y Barcelona como forma de motivar a los equipos.
El reto era planificar una propuesta coherente en distintas ciudades y fechas, asegurando una experiencia homogénea y alineada con el objetivo de cambio cultural.
Nuestra solución
Se propuso Clash of Teams, un concurso por equipos con retos digitales y dinámicas colaborativas. La actividad se realizó en varias ubicaciones, adaptando la logística a cada centro y manteniendo el mismo formato base.
La experiencia generó un ambiente competitivo y festivo, ayudando a reforzar la aceptación del nuevo modelo de trabajo presencial de forma positiva.
