Today we have the collaboration of Albert Serra from Concep-t, a cooperative that connects the world of corporate event production with social and environmental education. He will help us answer the following question:

How can we introduce CSR team building into our corporate events?

Our proposal is to enhance relationships among people by creating a healthier team in their daily work life, while involving the company in society by contributing values and resources.
To achieve this goal, we have specialized in conducting Team Building activities with values or direct and indirect CSR actions through teamwork dynamics. Concep-t acts as a bridge between the need for a teamwork activity that a company has and the resource needs of a social project, creating an activity where everyone benefits.
These teamwork dynamics offer multiple benefits for the company, both at the organizational level (increasing employee engagement and team functionality) and at the personal level, as individuals feel happier by incorporating meaningful activities into their daily lives, fostering closer connections with their colleagues, breaking down tensions, and engaging them in a greater philanthropic objective.
Organizations also gain multiple benefits. The quantitative benefits are measured in structural reforms, donations of materials (toys, furniture, computers…), environmental transformations, or even financial donations. However, the qualitative benefits are much greater, as the actions involve at-risk youth who discover a new way to understand the working world and adulthood; children without resources who learn from the generosity of those who altruistically contribute significant value to their daily lives; and even society, which sees a restored environmental space of natural interest for public use. In summary, these are sustainable actions where everyone wins, in one way or another.
